About Me

I believe in the power of authenticity and loving energetic exchange.

After a decade of consistent practice, I sought to deepen my connection with yoga and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Cleo Post at Rainbow Body Yoga in 2023. Rooted in nature, self-inquiry, and a rich tapestry of yoga philosophy, the training not only honed my teaching skills but also opened my eyes, mind, and heart to the profound self-discovery yoga offers.

Fire Mountain Yoga

Fire Mountain Yoga grew out of a deeply personal chapter of healing.

Each winter morning, I’d build a fire. The ritual became a meditation — the care, the patience, the warmth, the quiet. Fire destroys, but it also cleanses. It makes space for something new.

The mountain reflects the place I call home. The Hudson Valley’s forests, trails, and open air offer perspective, grounding, and a reminder to come back to what matters.

Fire Mountain Yoga lives at the intersection of those two forces: transformation and steadiness.

Teaching Style

I’m a 200-hour-certified yoga teacher offering vinyasa-based classes with Hatha elements —expect flow, strength, and moments of stillness.

My classes are:

  • All levels

  • Music-driven and high-energy when appropriate

  • Grounded and accessible

  • Focused on embodiment, not perfection

I offer options throughout so you can challenge yourself or pull back as needed. The goal is not performance — it’s connection.
